Educational Qualification – RHC Stenographer Recruitment, 277 New Positions
For recruitment to all the vacant posts mentioned, it is mandatory for the candidate to hold the following mandatory qualifications-
- Must have passed the Senior Secondary Examination in Arts or Science or Commerce of the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education or an Examination equivalent thereto recognized by the Government or any Higher Examination and;
- Must possess a good working knowledge of Hindi as written in Devanagri script & of Rajasthani Dialects and;
- Must have passed “0” or Higher Level Certificate Course conducted by DOEACC under control of the Department of Electronics, Government of India; or
- Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)/Data Preparation & Computer Software (DPCS) certificate organized under National/State council of Vocational Training Scheme; or
- Diploma in Computer Science/ Computer Application from any university established by Law in India or from an institution recognized by the Government; or
- Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a Polytechnic Institution recognized by the Government; or
- Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology (RSCIT) Conducted by Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University, Kota under control of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited; or
- Senior Secondary School Examination with Computer Science as an optional subject; or
- Any equivalent or higher qualification.
Pay Scale
- Rs. 33800- 106700/- (Pay Matrix Level 10)
Age Limit
- Candidates between 18 and 40 years of age as on 01/01/2024 are eligible to apply.
- The age limit may be relaxable as per the Competent Authority.
Selection Procedure
- The Selection process shall comprise of following stages
- Shorthand speed assessment test.
- Interview

- Medical Examination.

- Competitive Examination for the posts of Stenographers Grade-III/Stenographers Grade-II shall consist of the subject given in two alternative Groups A and B. A candidate shall be required to pass the subject group of the post applied and required to pass Group C compulsorily :

- This will open a page of various Recruitments.
- Now click on “Stenographer for District courts and DLSAs 2023” link.
- Then Click on “Online Application Portal”.
- This will open a new desired page “Online Application Portal”.
- Applicants have two Options as “Login” and “Registration Now”.
- First time user click on “Registration Now”.
- Before/During Registration applicant is required to verify his/her Mobile Number
by OTP Method. - User Name must be minimum five characters.
- Password should be between 7 to 15 characters and must contain at least one
numeric digit and one special character. - Applicant must have completed his/her “Registration” before filling Online
Application form (All Fields are mandatory in the Registration Form). - “After the successful Registration Applicant will receive SMS of his / her
USER ID on registered Mobile Number.” - After successful registration, applicant can fill Online Application Form.
- For filling online application form, Candidates have to use Credentials i.e. USER
ID & PASSWORD. - “Successful saving of Online Application form doesn’t mean the
Successful Submission of Form. - After the saving the filled in Online Application Form successfully, Applicant must have to deposit requisite Fee by Click on “Make Payment” Option.
- Mode of payment will be online only.
- Due to any reason, applicant fails to deposit the fees than applicants have option
as “Make Payment” at their Home Page. They can “LOGIN” by using their
Credentials. - “After successful payment of fees, Applicant will receive SMS on his / her
registered Mobile Number.” - Applicant may download his/her application form with the help of option
‘Print Application’ at Home Page” - “If the Online Application Form is not submitted successfully, Applicant
will not be able to get the Printout of Application form”.
