Educational Qualification- PSPCL Assistant Engineer, 139 New Positions
For recruitment to all the vacant posts mentioned, it is mandatory for the candidate to hold the following mandatory qualifications-
| Assistant Engineer/OT (Electrical) | Full-time BE/B. Tech/B.Sc (Engg) in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute. Valid GATE 2023 Score in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Knowledge of the Punjabi Language is required |
| Assistant Engineer/ OT (Civil) | Full-time BE/B. Tech/B.Sc (Engg) in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute. Valid GATE 2023 Score in Civil Engineering. Knowledge of the Punjabi Language is required |
Pay Scale
- Pay scale applicable as per Govt of Punjab.
Age Limit
- Candidates between 18 and 37 years of age are eligible to apply (As on 01/01/2023)
- Age relaxation is permissible as per govt rules.
Selection Procedure
- The selection process shall comprise of a merit list prepared by GATE Score.
- The selected candidates will undergo training at Technical Training Institute, PSPCL, Patiala. The final place of posting will be given after the successful completion of training.

- Candidate belonging to Unreserved required to pay a non-refundable Application fee of Rs.1416/-.
- The SC/ST/OBC/EWS category required to pay a non-refundable Application fee of Rs.885 /-.
