OPSC, 176 Assistant Conservator & Forest Ranger, 2023 – सहायक संरक्षक एवं वन रेंजर
Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) is looking for 176 applicants for the post of Assistant Conservator of Forests, (Group-A)(JB) and Forest Ranger, Group-B of Odisha Forest Service under Forest, Environment & Climate Change Department. A candidate must have possessed Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institution in India with at least one of the following subjects namely, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry and Zoology or a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Pay Scale
Assistant Conservator of Forests – Rs.56100/- in pay matrix-12
Forest Ranger – Rs.44900/- in pay matrix-10
Age Limit
The candidates between 21 years to 38 years of age as on 01-01-2023 are eligible to apply.
Selection Procedure
The selection process shall comprise of a Written Test, Physical Standard Test and Viva-Voice.

The examination fee for all the categories of candidates has been exempted.
