Educational Qualification & Experience – JIPMER, Legal Consultant Vacancy, 2023

• Bachelor’s Degree in law from a recognized institution/university and six years’ experience in handling legal matters in government departments/ autonomous bodies/statutory bodies/government universities, preferably in Hospital or Medical Institute set up. The experience should be in drafting counters/petitions for filing before Tribunal & Courts, contesting cases, liaising with advocates on various legal matters.

Pay Scale

• Rs. 40,000/- (Consolidated monthly pay)

Age Limit

• Maximum 63 years.

Tenure of Engagement

• Initially for 6 months. The person may be further re-engaged periodically, as per requirement of the institute.

Selection Procedure

• The selection process shall comprise of a Interview.
