Educational Qualification & Experience – BPRD Multiple Posts Recruitment, 79 New Positions
For recruitment to all the vacant posts mentioned, it is mandatory for the candidate to hold the following mandatory qualifications-
| Principle Scientific Officer (Weapons) | Masters degree in Science with Physics or Applied Physics as a subject from a recognized University with ten years experience in research development. |
| Assistant Director | Bachelor’s degree from a recongised university |
| Senior Scientific Officer Grade-I(Weapons Branch) | Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Applied Physics) plus four years experience in the field of ballistics including tear smoke munitions and research and development therein |
| Senior Scientific Assistant (Operational Research) | Master’s degree in operational Research or in Mathematics with specialisation in Operational Research of a recognised university or equivalent. Two years’ experience in Operational Research |
| Senior Investigator | Master’s degree in Social Work or Sociology or Criminology of a recognised university. Two years’ experience of collection, compilation, analysis and interpretation of statistical data. |
| Research Assistant | Master’s degree in Criminology or Sociology or Social Work or Psychology from a recognised university. Two years’ experience in research work. |
