Educational Qualification & Experience- BHEL Medical Consultant Recruitment, 10 New Positions
For recruitment to all the vacant posts mentioned, it is mandatory for the candidate to hold the following mandatory qualifications-
| Orthopedic Surgeon/General Surgeon/Physician/Paediatrician | MD/MS/DNB/PG Diploma in respective field Must be registered with Medical Council of India or by a State Medical Council of India. |
| GDMOs | MBBS with 1-year experience Must be registered with Medical Council of India or by a State Medical Council of India. |
Pay Scale
| MD/MS/DNB | Rs. 530/- per hour |
| PG Diploma | Rs. 460/- per hour) |
| MBBS with 1-year experience | Rs. 350/- per hour |
Convenience Charges
| Up to 30 kms one way | Actual subject to upper ceiling of Rs. 4,500/- per month. |
| Beyond 30 kms one way | Actual subject to upper ceiling of Rs. 6,000/- per month on case to case basis. |
Age Limit
- The upper age limit as on 01.07.2023 is 64 years.
- However, the age limit may be relaxed up to 70 years with specific approval from the Competent Authority.
Selection Procedure
- The Selection process will be through Walk-in Interviews.
Working Hours
- The working hours for PTMCs will be up to a maximum of 06 hours in a day.
Tenure
- The term of a PTMC will be one year at the time of initial appointment. Subsequent renewal will be limited to a period of maximum three years based on requirement on assessment subject to his/her services are found satisfactory. There will be 1-month notice period, on either side.
