Educational Qualification – HPSC Assistant Town Planner, 12 New Positions
For recruitment to the vacant posts mentioned, it is mandatory for the candidate to hold the following mandatory qualifications-
- A post graduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning/urban Planning /regional Planning/M.Tech. in Planning (Urban, Traffic and Transport, Housing Infrastructure), or equivalent making the holder eligible for associate membership of the Institute of Town Planners, India.
- B.Tech degree in planning from a recognized institute/university with two years experience in the field of Town Planning under a qualified town planner.
- Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric standard.
Pay Scale
- PB-3, 15600-39100+5400 G.P’ pay matrix (FPL-10)
Age Limit
- Candidates between 21 and 42 years of age are eligible to apply (As on 19/07/2023).
- The relaxation in maximum age for various categories as per govt rules.
- The upper age limit for an applicant of any category (except Ex Serviceman) shall not exceed 52 years who is entitled to avail the benefit of relaxation in age of one or more of the categories mentioned above.
