| Deputation (Civilian Officers) | Bachelor degree in civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and fifteen years of experience in planning / construction / design / maintenance in civil and Technical / lndustrial structures / Estate Management and Contract Management. Two years of regular service in Level-13A of the pay matrix. |
