Educational Qualification – 23 New Positions of BEL Project Engineer
- 4 years full time BE / B.Tech / B.Sc Engg in the disciplines of Electronics & Communication /Electronics / Telecommunication / Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication.
- The minimum percentage for General / OBC / EWS candidates is 55% aggregate of all semesters/years and Pass Class for SC, ST and PwBD candidates.
Experience – 23 New Positions of BEL Project Engineer
- Post Qualification experience as on 01.07.2023
- PROJECT ENGINEER–I POST CODE (PESSI-2023): Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in the field of network maintenance. Preference will be given for the experience, in the field of data centre, computer network services, VSAT maintenance. CCNA, Security Certified professionals.
- PROJECT ENGINEER–I POST CODE (PESMV-2023 & PESMB-2023): Minimum 2 years of post qualification experience in the field of testing, trouble shooting and integration of electronic PCBs/ Modules/ Systems.
Pay Scale
- 1st year – Rs. 40,000/-
- 2nd year – Rs. 45,000/-
- 3rd year – Rs. 50,000/-
- 4th year – Rs.55,000/-
Age Limit
- 32 years as on 01.07.2023
- The upper age limit mentioned above is for General & EWS candidates. The age limit will be relaxable for SC &ST candidates by 5 years and for OBC candidates by 3 years. Candidates belonging to PwBD category, having minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 years‟ age relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above.
Selection Procedure
- Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria specified in the advertisement, will be called for a Written Test which will be for 85 marks.
- Candidates who pass the written test will be called for Interview (Category- wise) based on the vacancies, in the ratio of 1:5. 15 marks will be allotted for Interview.
- The minimum qualifying marks in Written Test and Interview is 35% for General/EWS/OBC and 30% for SC/ST/PwBD.
- The venue for the Written Test and Interview will be intimated later.
Application Fees
- Candidate belonging to Unreserved/OBC/EWS required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs.472/-(18% GST)
- The SC/ST/PwBD candidate need not to pay the application fee.
- The application fee should be remitted through SBI Collect.
